What we build and fix
Tile, Foam, Shingle, Metal.
One Roofing Contractor.
Tile is the Valley's default, foam owns the flat roofs, shingle covers the rest, and metal outlasts them all. We work on all four, so our advice is not a sales pitch for the only thing we sell.

Seamless Gutter Service in Phoenix
Monsoon rain arrives all at once, and gutters are what move it off the roofline and away from your foundation. We form seamless gutters on site, repair sagging runs and storm damage, replace systems past saving, and set downspouts that actually carry water away from the house. As roofers first, we make sure the gutter and the roof edge work together instead of against each other.
Fabricated in-house
We Don't Order Your Roof.
We Form It.
A full brake in our shop and a trailer-mounted standing seam roll former mean the panels, fascia, flashing, and trim on your roof get formed at your roofline by the crew installing them, cut to exact length with no waiting on a supplier. It is the difference between metal that fits and metal that was close enough.

FAQ
Phoenix roofing questions, answered
How do I choose a roofing contractor in Phoenix?
Start with the license: every legitimate Arizona roofer has a Registrar of Contractors number you can verify at roc.az.gov (ours is ROC #161685, held since 1999). Then check that they are bonded and insured, read their Google reviews, and insist on a written estimate with a firm price. Be cautious with door-knockers after storms; a contractor with a local office and a two-decade track record will still be here when the warranty matters. We wrote a full checklist for choosing a Phoenix roofer that works on us and our competitors alike.
What types of roofs do you work on?
All four systems that survive Arizona: concrete and clay tile, spray foam with recoating programs, architectural shingle, and standing seam metal, which we fabricate in-house along with metal fascia and trim. We work on homes and commercial buildings across the Phoenix metro, so our recommendation is based on your roof, not on the one system we happen to sell.
Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
Yes. Pinnacle Roofing is an Arizona licensed, bonded, and insured contractor, ROC #161685, in business since 1999. We are also a Rosie on the House Certified Partner, an ARCA and Tile Roofing Industry Alliance member, BBB accredited, and an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor.
How much does a new roof cost in Phoenix?
It depends on the system, the size and pitch of the roof, and what we find under the old one, which is why we do not quote from the street. What we do promise: a free inspection, a firm price in writing before any work starts, and financing options if you want to spread it out. No pressure and no invented urgency.
Do you handle monsoon storm damage?
Yes. After a storm we inspect, photo-document everything, and repair what actually needs repair, with documentation you can hand to your insurance company. We will also tell you honestly when damage is cosmetic and a claim is not worth filing.
How fast can I get an estimate?
We respond to every request within one business day, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM. Call (623) 792-5497, text us, or send the form and we will get you scheduled.

on Your Roof
A leak that shows up every monsoon, tiles sliding out of line, fascia that will not hold paint, or a metal roof you have been quoted silly numbers for. We will come look, explain what we find, and put a firm price in writing. No pressure, no invented urgency.
