Metal Fascia in Phoenix
Wood fascia does not last in Phoenix. Sun bakes the paint off the south and west faces, sprinklers and monsoon rain get into the end grain, and every few years you are repainting or replacing boards. We form metal fascia on our own brakes and install it over or in place of the wood, and that cycle ends.

The problem with wood fascia in the desert
Fascia boards take more direct sun than almost any other wood on a Phoenix house, and they show it: chalked and peeling paint, checking, cupping, and rot where water finds the grain. Painters treat the symptom. Cladding the fascia in metal treats the cause, because a factory finish on aluminum or steel does not peel in UV, and metal does not rot.
Formed in-house, fitted to your roofline
Fascia is not one size. Depths, angles, and reveal details vary house to house, which is why off-the-shelf covers so often look wavy or wrong. We measure your roofline and form each run on our brake, in the shop or right on the truck at your house, so the metal sits tight and the lines stay straight the length of the fascia.
- Custom-formed to your fascia depth and angle, not forced from stock profiles
- Factory-finish colors that hold up in Arizona UV
- Installed with concealed or color-matched fastening for a clean face
- Pairs naturally with new gutters or a standing seam roof
One trade, roof and fascia together
Because we are a roofing contractor with our own fabrication, fascia work happens with the roof edge in mind: drip edge, gutter attachment, and roofline flashing all get handled as one detail instead of three trades pointing at each other. If your fascia is failing, it is often the right time to look at the roof edge as a whole, and we can do that in one visit.
FAQ
Metal Fascia FAQs
Do you replace the wood or cover it?
It depends on condition. Sound boards can be clad in formed metal; rotted sections get replaced first. We tell you which during the estimate, and we do not wrap bad wood.
Can you match my trim color?
Metal fascia comes in a broad range of factory finishes, and we bring samples. Most homes find a close match or an upgrade they like better.
Is metal fascia only for metal roofs?
No. Most of the metal fascia we install goes on homes with tile or shingle roofs. It is a standalone upgrade that works with any roof system.
