Where we work
Roofing Across the Phoenix Metro
Based in north Phoenix, we run crews across the whole Valley. Pick your city for what we see on roofs there, from tile underlayment wear in the older suburbs to monsoon damage in the high-exposure edges of the metro.
Phoenix, AZ
Pinnacle Roofing is based in Deer Valley, in north Phoenix off the I-17, and we have been roofing this city since 1999. Phoenix is our home turf: we know the flat-roofed ranch homes of the central corridor, the tile tracts north of the Loop 101, and the block homes around North Mountain the way you only can after decades of working on them. From our shop in the 85027 zip we run crews across the whole Valley, but Phoenix jobs are the ones closest to home. Call (623) 792-5497 for a free estimate, AZ ROC #161685.

Glendale, AZ
Glendale is one of the closest cities to our Deer Valley shop, a short run down the Loop 101, and we have worked its roofs since 1999. It is a city of two halves for a roofer: the newer tile neighborhoods up around Arrowhead and the older shingle and flat-roof blocks near downtown and Grand Avenue. We handle both, from underlayment replacements in Arrowhead Ranch to reroofs on post-war homes near Catlin Court. Free estimates at (623) 792-5497.

Mesa, AZ
Mesa is one of the biggest cities in Arizona and one of the biggest concentrations of aging tile roofs in the state, which keeps our crews on the east side of the Valley week after week. We have served Mesa homeowners since 1999, from the established neighborhoods around Dobson Ranch to the newer builds out at Eastmark. Whether it is a monsoon leak, cracked tiles, or a full underlayment replacement, we give you a straight assessment and a free estimate. Call (623) 792-5497.

Gilbert, AZ
Gilbert grew from farm town to one of the largest suburbs in the country in about 25 years, and its roofs are aging on that same clock. We have worked Gilbert since 1999, back when much of what is now Power Ranch and Seville was still farmland. Today most of our Gilbert calls are tile roofs from the 90s and 2000s reaching the point where the underlayment, not the tile, is the problem. Free estimates at (623) 792-5497, AZ ROC #161685.

Chandler, AZ
Chandler runs from established 80s neighborhoods near downtown out to the newer communities around Ocotillo, and we have roofed across all of it since 1999. Like the rest of the southeast Valley, Chandler is mostly tile, and mostly at the age where original underlayment starts giving out. Our crews handle everything from single-tile repairs to full remove and resets, plus the foam and low-slope work on Chandler's commercial buildings. Call (623) 792-5497 for a free estimate.

Tempe, AZ
Tempe is landlocked and largely built out, which makes it one of the most interesting cities in the Valley for a roofer: almost every job is on an existing roof with some age and history to it. We have worked Tempe since 1999, on everything from mid-century homes in Maple-Ash to lakeside houses in The Lakes and tile tracts in Warner Ranch. Owner-occupants, landlords with rentals near ASU, and commercial property managers all get the same honest assessment. Free estimates at (623) 792-5497.

Scottsdale, AZ
Scottsdale roofs carry higher expectations than most: the materials are premium, the HOAs are exacting, and the homes underneath are worth protecting well. We have roofed Scottsdale since 1999, from Old Town bungalows to clay tile estates in Gainey Ranch and desert contemporary builds up in Troon. Our crews are used to working to Scottsdale's standards for both craftsmanship and cleanliness. Call (623) 792-5497 for a free estimate, AZ ROC #161685.

Paradise Valley, AZ
Paradise Valley is a town of custom homes on acre lots, and every roof here is its own project. We have worked PV since 1999, on clay tile estates along the base of Mummy Mountain, flat-roofed modern builds in Clearwater Hills, and everything between. Owners here expect crews that show up on time, protect the landscaping, and finish clean, and that is how we run every job. Free estimates at (623) 792-5497, AZ ROC #161685.

Fountain Hills, AZ
Fountain Hills sits up against the McDowells with hillside lots, big views, and wind that roofers in the flat parts of the Valley never deal with. We have served the town since 1999 and know its particular mix: tile on the slopes, foam on the flat-roofed contemporaries, and access challenges on the steeper streets. Every estimate is free and comes with a straight answer about what your roof actually needs. Call (623) 792-5497.

Cave Creek, AZ
Cave Creek is a quick drive northeast from our Deer Valley shop, and its mix of desert custom homes, horse properties, and old-town commercial buildings makes it one of our favorite places to work. We have roofed here since 1999, from tile tracts in Tatum Ranch to foam roofs on territorial-style homes off Spur Cross Road. Town character matters here, and we build roofs that fit it. Free estimates at (623) 792-5497.

Anthem, AZ
Anthem is fifteen minutes up the I-17 from our Deer Valley shop, which makes it about the fastest service area we have. The community was master-planned by Del Webb starting in the late 90s, so its roofs share a birthday, and they are all hitting their first major maintenance window together. We have worked Anthem since it was new, and we know exactly what its roofs were built with. Call (623) 792-5497 for a free estimate.

New River, AZ
New River is horse country: unincorporated, spread out, and higher in the desert foothills than anywhere else we regularly work. Plenty of contractors will not drive out here; for us it is a short run north from Deer Valley, and we have served New River since 1999. Custom homes on acreage, manufactured homes, barns, and workshops all get the same licensed, insured work. Free estimates at (623) 792-5497, AZ ROC #161685.

Sun City, AZ
Sun City is the original Del Webb retirement community, built out from 1960 into the 1980s, and its roofs are unlike anywhere else in the Valley. We have worked here since 1999 and understand what matters to Sun City homeowners: fair pricing, no scare tactics, clean crews, and work that is explained plainly before it starts. Many of our Sun City jobs come from neighbors referring neighbors, which is exactly how we want it. Free estimates at (623) 792-5497.

Surprise, AZ
Surprise boomed in the 2000s, and its roofs are now old enough to need real attention rather than just warranty callbacks. We have worked the northwest Valley since 1999, watching communities like Marley Park and Surprise Farms go from dirt to established neighborhoods. Today our Surprise work is mostly tile maintenance and the first wave of underlayment replacements, plus the low-slope roofs in Sun City Grand. Call (623) 792-5497 for a free estimate.

Peoria, AZ
Peoria stretches from established neighborhoods near the Loop 101 all the way up past Lake Pleasant, and we have covered that whole range since 1999. It is close to our Deer Valley shop, so Peoria homeowners get some of our fastest scheduling in the Valley. From underlayment replacements in Fletcher Heights to new-build punch work in Vistancia, our crews are in Peoria constantly. Free estimates at (623) 792-5497, AZ ROC #161685.

Ahwatukee, AZ
Ahwatukee sits in a pocket between South Mountain and the Gila River Indian Community, cut off from the rest of Phoenix in a way that gives it its own identity and its own microclimate. We have roofed here since 1999, from the original 70s and 80s sections near Warner Road out to Club West and The Foothills. Heat is the story in Ahwatukee, and we build and repair roofs with that in mind. Free estimates at (623) 792-5497.

Avondale, AZ
Avondale is working-family territory, and most of our calls here are practical ones: a leak that showed up in a monsoon, shingles lifted by a dust storm, tiles cracked by a satellite installer. We have served the southwest Valley since 1999 and we treat Avondale budgets with respect, recommending the repair when a repair is what you need. Free estimates, honest answers, at (623) 792-5497.

Buckeye, AZ
Buckeye has been one of the fastest-growing cities in America for years, and its roofs reflect that: enormous numbers of new and nearly-new homes, built quickly, now aging into their first real maintenance decade. We have worked the far west Valley since 1999, long before the boom reached Verrado, and we know the difference between a roof problem and a builder shortcut coming due. Call (623) 792-5497 for a free estimate.

El Mirage, AZ
El Mirage is a small, hardworking city, and its homeowners deserve the same quality of roofing work as any gated community, at prices that make sense for the neighborhood. We have served the northwest Valley since 1999 and we do a lot of straightforward, honest work in El Mirage: shingle repairs, tile fixes, and full replacements when a roof is truly done. No upselling, no scare tactics. Free estimates at (623) 792-5497.

Goodyear, AZ
Goodyear runs from established Palm Valley and PebbleCreek out to the new growth pushing toward the Estrella Mountains, and we have roofed across it since 1999. Most Goodyear homes are tile from the 90s and 2000s, now aging into their first underlayment replacements, and the city's commercial growth along the I-10 keeps our flat-roof crews busy too. Free estimates at (623) 792-5497, AZ ROC #161685.

Queen Creek, AZ
Queen Creek has grown from a farm town by Schnepf Farms into one of the fastest-building corners of the southeast Valley, and its roofs are nearly all young, which changes what good roofing service looks like. We have served the area since 1999, and out here our work splits between warranty-age problems on new builds and honest maintenance on the established homes near the old town core. Call (623) 792-5497 for a free estimate.
