Stop the Leaks. Fix Your Foam Roof.
Foam roof repair in Phoenix covers the failures the desert actually causes: cracks, ponding, blisters, and alligatoring on a sun-worn topcoat. We repair residential foam roofs across Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria, and the rest of the Valley with the right materials, proper surface prep, and a fix that holds through monsoon season. A real foam repair is more than smearing fresh elastomeric over a crack: we pull back the failed coating, check the foam underneath for moisture or delamination, and rebuild the layers the way the original system was specified. No upsell games.

Why Early Repairs Pay Off
Foam roofs are durable, but unchecked damage lets water and UV get at the foam itself, and that is when small problems become expensive ones. A timely repair reseals the waterproof barrier, restores the insulation performance that keeps cooling costs down, and puts the roof back on a normal recoat schedule. A repaired foam roof can be recoated and run for another decade or two before replacement is even a conversation.
Diagnosis Is the Hard Part
Plenty of Valley roofers can quote a tear-off and a re-spray. Fewer crews know how to work out why a foam roof is failing in one spot and not another. Ours does. We have repaired foam over stucco parapet flashings in Ahwatukee, fixed monsoon ponding on flat additions in Scottsdale, and chased microburst tears across whole roofs in north Phoenix. The repair we recommend is the repair the roof actually needs.
Repair or Replace?
If the damage is localized and the surrounding foam is dry and well-adhered, repair is the right call. If the foam is waterlogged across large areas or delaminating from the substrate, a repair just delays the inevitable. Our inspection is free either way, and if you are better off with a replacement, we will say so.
How it works
Foam Repair: what to expect
- Step 1
Free roof inspection
We evaluate the roof for damage, weak spots, and early signs of foam or coating failure, and find the actual cause.
- Step 2
Surface prep and cleaning
Affected areas are cleaned and dried so repair materials adhere properly.
- Step 3
Targeted foam repair
Fresh closed-cell foam is sprayed only in the failed areas and feathered into the surrounding sound foam. No wholesale overspray on roof you do not need to pay for.
- Step 4
Protective coating touch-up
Repaired areas are sealed with UV-resistant coating to restore reflectivity and waterproofing.
- Step 5
Cleanup and final inspection
We leave the property spotless and walk the finished repair with you before closing out the job.
FAQ
Foam Repair FAQs
Can a foam roof be repaired?
Yes, and that is one of foam's real advantages over single-ply systems. Cracks, punctures, blisters, and worn topcoat can all be isolated and repaired without touching the rest of the roof. We match the foam density and topcoat chemistry to what is already up there so the repair does not show up as a soft spot later.
How do you repair minor foam roof damage?
For small holes or surface damage, we clean and dry the substrate, spray closed-cell foam where it is missing, and topcoat with a UV-resistant elastomeric. Once it cures, the repair sheds water with the rest of the roof and does not read as a patch from the ground.
How much does foam roof repair cost in Phoenix?
It depends on the size of the failed area and whether a partial recoat is involved. Localized crack and coating work costs far less than large-area repairs. Inspections and written estimates are free, and if we think you are better off with a full replacement, we will say so.
Why is my foam roof ponding water?
Ponding usually traces to low spots that formed as the building settled or the original foam was sprayed unevenly. We can rebuild slope in the affected area with new foam so water drains instead of sitting.
